Abstract

Intizar Hussain revived the thousand-year-old storytelling tradition of his ancestors and recovered a new creative style from Urdu, the language of the Ganga-Jiman civilization. He saw the partition of India and also felt the pain of migration. His era breathed in the classical atmosphere and included various shades of progressivism, modernism and post-modernism. Intar Hussain immortalized all the colors of his era with his unique style. It was the creative jinn who made Urdu fiction stand out against English fiction. He put life into the stories, then the story became animated, and when the story became animated, new stories came into existence, new stories were born.
