To ensure customer focus, implementation of ethical guidelines, and transparency in the editorial and publication process, the Editorial Board of “Journal of Urdu Literature and Indigenous Languages (JULIL)” has taken appropriate steps and established a complaints policy . Mention specific steps.
To ensure that complaints and grievances from readers, authors, reviewers, editorial board members, and other external and internal individuals and organizations are resolved in a transparent manner, members of the editorial board have established a Complaints and Complaints Committee. They are appointed as a board and can do this. You may contact us if you have any complaints or concerns related to submissions, reviews, conflicts of interest, or the publication process. This committee receives all such complaints via email and from receipt of the complaint he is responsible for arranging the hearing and resolution of the matter within 10-15 days.
