Copyright and Publishing Rights for (Journal of Urdu Literature and Indigenous Languages)
Copyright
Upon acceptance of an article for publication, the authors transfer the copyright of the article to the Journal of Urdu Literature and Indigenous Languages. This includes the right to reproduce, distribute, and translate the article in any form or by any means, including electronic, photocopying, and microfilm.
The authors retain the following rights:
- The right to use the article for their own personal and non-commercial purposes.
- The right to self-archive the article in an institutional or disciplinary repository.
- The right to grant others permission to use the article for non-commercial purposes, provided that the Journal of Urdu Literature and Indigenous Languages is properly credited.
Publishing Rights
The Journal of Urdu Literature and Indigenous Languages has the exclusive right to publish the article in any form or by any means, including electronic, print, and microfilm. The Journal may also grant permission to others to publish the article, provided that the Journal of Urdu Literature and Indigenous Languages is properly credited.
The authors are responsible for obtaining permission to use any copyrighted material in their article. The authors must also obtain permission from any individuals or institutions that are mentioned in the article.
