Scope, Aims and Objectives
Journal of Urdu Literature and Indigenous(JULIL) Research Journal is meant for the vast and comprehensive research of Urdu Language and Indigenous Languages of Pakistan. Its scope covers all genres such as lexicography, linguistics, poetry, prose, novel, drama, short story, epic, Urdu Ghazal, modern poem, essay, criticism, modern literary theories such as modernism, postmodernism, strucrulism etc. Journal of Urdu Literature and Indigenous(JULIL) also encourages research of all Pakistani languages pertaining to Urdu. In this regard, linguistic and literary connections between Urdu and all major Pakistani languages such as Punjabi, Pashto, Sindhi, Balochi, Gilgati, Hindko, Saraiki, Mewati etc are traced back in an analytical perspective. The language of the articles must be Urdu and all major Pakistani languages such as Punjabi, Pashto, Sindhi, Balochi, Gilgati, Hindko, Saraiki, Mewati etc and the articles should be typed in MS Word. There should be an abstract written in English.
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES:
- The purpose of Journal of Urdu Literature and Indigenous(JULIL) will be research on Urdu literature and regional and local languages of Pakistan, such as Urdu, Punjabi, Saraiki, Pothohari, Sindhi, Balochi, Pashto, Pahari and Mewati
- The primary aims and objective of Journal of Urdu Literature and Indigenous(JULIL) are the research revival and to improve standard of Academic research. For the purpose, the journal has engaged some of the most prominent literary and research figures of world fame as Editorial, National and International Advisory Boards.
- The journal also promotes young researchers and scholars beside seniors. Journal of Urdu Literature and Indigenous(JULIL) has adopted it as a policy matter that it will definitely promote and support PhD scholars and fresh faculty members as well as publish distinguished scholars and critics of Urdu and Indigenous Languages.
